Melissa is by far the most knowledgeable, professional and service oriented realtor for the Atlanta area. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Alpharetta and she walked us through every step of the process to ensure that nothing was overlooked. My husband and I changed price and must haves over the course of 5 months and Melissa was patient and fully engaged for EVERY home we viewed. Once we were under contract she was an invaluable asset for alleviating stress and ensuring we had contacts for contractors and other things that usually fall off the radar.
Bottom line is that she was key in removing most of the stress associated with buying a home. She was a joy to work with and my kids miss seeing her a few days every week.

I do not have one bad thing to say about Melissa. She was extremely helpful in helping us pick out our new house. We initially found houses off Zillow and sent them to her. We ended up buying a brand new build that she found and sent to us. she helped us every step of the way. During our punch list walkthrough she was very diligent in pointing out issues. She was very thorough during closing and gave us great recommendations for surveyors, movers, etc. She was also very responsive to any email or text we sent to her.
